A 16-year-old patient diagnosed with congenital spondylolysis began experiencing lower back pain and discomfort during physical activities as he grew older. This impacted daily life and school sports. After a comprehensive evaluation, he underwent 3D navigation-assisted minimally invasive surgery to precisely repair the defect. With only a 1 cm incision, the patient was able to walk the next day and quickly return to normal life, with no impact on his studies or future sports participation.
