An 86-year-old patient with lumbar spondylolisthesis suffered from severe nerve compression and pain. Due to multiple chronic conditions and a history of stroke, traditional surgical risks raised family concerns. Computer-assisted OLIF minimally invasive surgery was performed with minimal blood loss, shorter recovery time, and larger implant placement, resulting in complete pain relief and improved stability.
