Cervical Spine Surgery – Chronic Pain Due to Cervical Disc Herniation

Chronic Pain Linked to Cervical Spine Issues – Minimally Invasive Surgery Restores Normalcy
A 53-year-old patient experienced chronic discomfort in the neck and shoulders. After numerous examinations, cervical disc herniation at C5/C6 compressing the nerve was confirmed. The patient underwent 3D computer-assisted ACDF surgery, which successfully relieved nerve compression. Postoperatively, the patient no longer experienced headaches, and after just three days of recovery, returned to normal daily activities, expressing regret for not opting for surgery sooner.
