Cervical Spine Surgery – Disc Degeneration

Arm Weakness Due to Cervical Spine Degeneration – Surgery Restores Strength
A 43-year-old patient reported long-term neck stiffness and weakness in both arms, which impacted daily life. Examinations revealed disc degeneration at C4/C5/C6 with nerve compression. After undergoing 3D computer-assisted ACDF surgery, the patient’s arm strength returned to normal, and neck stiffness was significantly reduced. The patient resumed regular activities on the second postoperative day, quickly returning to their normal lifestyle.
