Spine Revision Surgery – Postoperative Spinal Stenosis and Nerve Compression

Relief from Chronic Pain: A 65-Year-Old Patient Returns to Gardening
A 65-year-old patient experienced chronic pain following spine surgery due to screw-related nerve compression and adjacent segmental spinal stenosis. This pain made walking impossible and forced her to give up her favorite pastime—gardening. After evaluation, she underwent computer-assisted revision surgery, which relieved nerve compression and stabilized the affected segments. Post-surgery, her pain significantly decreased, and she regained mobility. Today, she is back to tending her garden and enjoying the joys of planting and harvesting.
