Global Tzu Chi Youth Visit Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital, Experiencing Medical Care with a Human Touch
The annual Global Tzu Chi Youth Conference commenced on the 26th, with over 200 Tzu Ching members gathering in Taichung for a special visit to Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital. They also toured the Da Ai Doctor Studio, where they had the opportunity to meet its esteemed host, Superintendent Chien Shou-Hsin, in a warm and interactive setting.
In the afternoon, the Tzu Ching members embarked on a guided tour of the hospital.
“This facility is not only dedicated to preoperative care but also provides comprehensive postoperative rehabilitation for patients,” explained Pan Tao-Yin, Secretary of the Minimally Invasive Spine and Joint Center.

“I was curious about who manages this minimally invasive center,” said Chen Yi-Xuan, a Tzu Ching member from Singapore. “Now I understand that it is a collaborative effort involving multiple medical teams working together to provide holistic care.”
For Rachel Mae Costelo from the Philippines, the hospital’s ambiance left a lasting impression. *“I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into this hospital. Unlike other medical facilities where you can immediately.
