- 早、中、晚、睡前一天四次。
- 一次30下。
- 一天至少100下。
【Ankle pumps】
Upward movement for 5 seconds + downward movement for 5 seconds = one repetition
- Four times a day (morning, noon, evening, before bedtime).
- Thirty repetitions in one set.
- A minimum of one hundred repetitions per day.
